  1. From bcmadmin, log on to the active sequencer.
  2. Stop all systems:
    bcmadmin> SYSTEM HALT <system1>, <system2>...;
  3. Log on to the standby sequencer.
  4. Fail over to the standby sequencer:
    bcmadmin> SEQUENCER FAILOVER;
