Use the start_time property to return the start time of the feature process.

Example setup

>>> from teradataml import DataFrame, load_example_data, FeatureProcess
>>> load_example_data('dataframe', ['sales'])
>>> df = DataFrame("sales")

>>> fp = FeatureProcess(repo="vfs_test",
...                     object=df,
...                     entity="accounts",

Run the feature process.
