The TDWMExceptionLog table and the view that corresponds to it, QryLogExceptionsV, contain a row for each exception that TASM detects for a request, including filter, throttle, and workload exceptions. There could be several rows for one request. The information includes the action that TASM performs when it detects an exception. TASM logs the SQL in the request that caused an exception in DBQLSQLTbl. The corresponding view is QryLogSQLV.
