ModelOps allows you to compare and assess two model versions. When you compare model versions, the model comparison output includes model properties, hyperparameters, and performance metrics. The generated Model Comparison Report includes evaluation reports of both model versions. You can compare the evaluation reports and mark one of the model versions as Champion.
- On the Model Versions tab, select two model versions to compare their properties:The Model Comparison report can be generated for two model versions only. You must select two, and only two, model versions for this comparison.
- Select View Comparison Report to select metrics for comparison of the selected model versions.
The Select Comparison Fields dialog displays.
- Hover on a field in the Available Fields list and select
.The field adds to the Selected Fields list. - Add all the required fields to the Selected Fields list and select Compare.
The Model Comparison Report displays the values of all the selected fields for the selected model versions. This report is similar to the Model Evaluation Report and you can compare the metrics of both the models and decide on a champion model.
