ModelOps allows you to work with two types of models:
  • Git models

This is where the model code is stored in a Git repository.

ClearScape Analytics ModelOps requires that a certain Git repository structure is used and once it is, it will automatically detect and register the models in a given repository. All changes to the model code and metadata occurs through Git. ModelOps only ever reads this information. Git models can use the Python, R and SQL language. See the Supported Languages section for supported versions of these languages.

  • Bring your own models (BYOM)

This is where you train a model on a third-party platform or in an application, and want to score it with ClearScape Analytics ModelOps.

ClearScape Analytics ModelOps supports importing Python, R and SAS models, in addition to support all the model types which are supported by the Vantage BYOM product (Teradata Vantageā„¢ - Bring Your Own Model User Guide).
