ARC0130 Unable to fetch the Envinorment variable APPDATA on Windows for current User or NULL Value returned.
Explanation: Archive files, Restart, Catalog and StackTrace will be saved in the "Teradata" folder under the User Application path on Windows. If arcmain is unable to get the APPDATA value or Null is returned, this error is thrown and the arcmain process terminates.
