TWM creates temporary files within the sanctioned location: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\TWM.
Beginning with AppData, these folders are hidden by default, so the Show hidden files and folders option in the Windows Explorer > Tools > Folder Options… > View > Hidden files and folders must be set.
In the TWM temporary folder, there are one or more folders named with a random number. The one with the latest creation date is the current one. To identify, bring up a new instance of TWM, create a new project, and run the analysis causing the problem. If it is a problem with a graph or report, click the graph or report from the TWM front end to actually create the temporary files.
Once the issue is recreated, go to the TWM temporary folder and compress all temporary files into an archive. Send this information to the Teradata Support Center when an incident is opened.
