3004 User identification is not authorized.
Logon user id is invalid. (To log on, a user must provide a userid that was defined in either a CREATE USER or MODIFY USER statement.) If this is a logon attempt to the Resolver Base Module partition, the error indicates that the user does not have the EXECUTE privilege on the macro DBC.TwoPCRule.
This error can be returned to a CLI/SVC user, and constitutes a security violation.
Verify that the user id is valid and try again. If you have forgotten your userid, check with the System Administrator or DBA. In the case of a failed RBM logon, check with the System Administrator or DBA for the privilege to log onto an RBM session.
