3578 Scratch space overflow.
This message is issued if operations carried out during the construction of a data row or comparing values in expressions, exceed the size of a buffer used for 'scratch' storage. The most likely cause is an operation or operations on large character or byte strings. Operations on strings, such as concatenation, substring, and conversion to upper case are done in the scratch buffer.
