Service reviews are available only for NewSQL Engine instances with 70 TCores and greater.
Teradata conducts quarterly service performance reviews with the customer. On an annual basis, Teradata reviews the customer service offer to assess service coverage, determine how current services will satisfy any planned platform enhancements, and discuss future opportunities for developing the customer's relationship with Teradata.
Reviews might be conducted on site or by telephone at Teradata discretion.
