After 30 minutes of inactivity in the portlet, the Teradata Database connection times out.
  1. Choose a system from the selection menu.
    Option Description
    Select Select the system from the list.
    Search Type the system name in the search box. As you type, the list shows the systems that match your filter criteria. Search is not case-sensitive.
    Search is available only if the number of systems exceeds the length of the list.

    Search Type the utility name in the search box. As you type, the list shows the systems that match your filter criteria. Search is not case-sensitive.

  4. Select "".
    The name of the utility appears in the console.
  5. Type a command on the input line.
    The commands are temporarily saved and available as long as you are running the utility. After disconnecting from the utility, the commands are cleared.
  6. Click to execute the command.
    The command results appear in the console.
  7. [Optional] From the input line, use your keyboard up and down arrows to access previous commands.
