Teradata Preprocessor2 (PP2) for embedded SQL allows you to incorporate SQL statements into application programs that access data in the database. PP2 resolves and expands Teradata SQL statements incorporated in an application program. Using PP2, you can precompile and execute applications that run on one operating system and access databases on the same or on a different operating system.
