An Expand On Clause can be used to generate a time-series expansion of a Period type column or expression. It cannot be used, however, in an analysis that also contains a Top Clause or a Sample Clause, or that is a subquery used as a search condition in another Variable Creation analysis. Only an Expand On SQL element may be placed directly under the Expand On Clause.
