Use Database-access-path to find the TDPid used, regardless of how it was determined.

Refers to the session whose CLIv2 connection number is specified in the QEPCONN field. Since they do not apply, the QEPTLEN, QEPRQST, and QEPTOKEN fields must contain binary zeroes.

Returns the path used to access the request in the database. On mainframe-attached systems, the path is the TDPid. The value is also returned in the DBCAREA Output-path-id field.

This item is included in the Aggregate-support-list query item.

Item Code Mnemonic Response DBQERDAP (DbqerDAP for C)
Field Value
49 QEPIDAP QERDAP ('path' for C, COBOL, and PL/I) One of the following:
  • If the QEP Varying-result-format is specified as QEPVRFC, a variable number of EBCDIC characters.
  • If the QEP Varying-result-format is specified as QEPVRF2C, a 2-byte unsigned integer followed by that number of EBCDIC characters.

The returned value contains no leading or trailing blanks.
