TDP3506 NAME: "name"
As described by a previous TDP3505 message, an unacceptable network name was specified using the IPADDR operand on the START NP command. This message presents that name, which may be truncated to 95 characters, though the entire name was used.
The NP enters the PERM ERR state and will not be used. Since no NP on the Teradata Database was located, there is no impact to any Database NP. No other TDP NPs are are affected. Information about the problem may be indicated by the hexadecimal value displayed for INFO.
Either issue the TDP CONFIG NP DATABASE and TDP CONFIG NP DOMAIN commands as appropriate then re-issue the TDP START NP command, re-issue the TDP START NP command specifying a valid NP.
