TDP2212 "cpname" HAS BEEN QUIESCED: UNRESPONSIVE
Use of the CP is quiesced because the number of requests sent without receiving any responses has exceeded the SET LIMIT NORESP value.
The CP is no longer selected to send requests, and any queued but unsent requests for the CP are requeued using any other functional CP. Should either a response be received on the quiesced CP, the SET LIMIT command is issued to raise the limit, or a Database restart occurs, the CP will again be judged responsive. This message will be held on the operator console until manually deleted, the CP is again responsive, the CP is STOPped, or TDP ends.
