You can collect client support files from a managed SWS and send them to MyWork. The client support files are sent in a diagnostic bundle and help diagnose issues with the SMClient.
  1. From the Tree View, select the SWS.
  2. Select Tools > Client Support Files.
  3. Run it. A .zip file containing a collection of support files is sent to MyWork.
