Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to reboot the node.

When prompted, press Ctrl+R to open the Configuration Utility window.

If a Foreign View tab appears, delete it:
-
In the Configuration Utility, press Ctrl+N until the Foreign View tab is selected.

Select the top line, which starts with Intel Integrated.
-
Press F2 to open the Foreign Configuration dialog box.
-
Highlight Clear and press Enter.
-
When notified that the foreign configuration will be lost, click OK and press Enter.
-
Verify that the Foreign View tab has been deleted.

Create the virtual disk:
-
In the Configuration Utility window, press Ctrl+N until the VD Mgmt tab is selected.
-
If there are disk groups, select each disk group and press F2 to delete.
-
Select the top line, which starts with Intel and press F2 to select Create new VD.
-
Tab to RAID Level and press Enter.
-
To set the first VD to RAID-1, select RAID-1 and press Enter.
-
Tab to Physical Disks and press the space bar to select disk 0 and disk 1.
-
Tab to Advanced, press the space bar to select, then press Enter.

Tab to Write Policy and press Enter.
-
To set the Write Policy, select Write Through and press Enter.
-
Tab to Initialize and press the space bar to select.
-
Tab to OK and press Enter.

When informed that initialization will destroy data on the virtual disk, click OK and press Enter.

Click OK to finish creating the virtual disk.

Set Virtual Disk 0:
-
Press Ctrl+N until the Ctrl Mgmt tab is selected.

Under Controller Settings,
Tab to Enable then press the space bar to select the box (On).
This turns on the controller BIOS.

Tab to Enable Stop CC on Error then press the space bar to select the box (Off).

Tab to Apply and press Enter.

Press Esc, then Tab to OK and press Enter to save the changes.

Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to reboot the node.
