Follow this procedure to optimize cell usage.
1 Issue an ADD CELLS command to bring the 992 byte cells up to a total of 3300.
2 Run the workload again (5 FastLoads and 5 BulkLoads).
3 Issue a D CELLS command at regular intervals to determine the number of available and in use cells.
4 Use the results of the D CELLS query as follows.

Remember to aim for slightly more than average, not for the peak.
