drop a GLOP set DROP GLOP privilege on the database or user containing GLOP_set_name.
The DROP GLOP privilege is automatically granted to the creator and owner of a GLOP set.
allow a user/database to specify access to a GLOP set that is from a database other than the one that contains the external routine referencing the GLOP set GLOP MEMBER privilege

If the GLOP is in the same database as the external routine, access to the GLOP is automatically granted.

The database where the external routine resides must have either CREATE GLOP, DROP GLOP or GLOP MEMBER privileges on the GLOP set
