Permanent data disk space includes database and user fixed PERM allocation. The Database Engine 20 initialization routine creates three system users as follows:
- System User DBC (at the top of the hierarchy)
- System User SYSTEMFE (owned by DBC)
- System User SYSADMIN (owned by DBC)
All permanent space not consumed by SYSTEMFE and SYSADMIN is allocated to user DBC.
