You can use the sample use cases to explore features in VantageCloud Lake, such as visual exploration of event data using the nPath and Attribution functions. Use cases range from path analysis to manufacturing analysis to storing data in the object file system.
VantageCloud Lake use cases are not intended to test for performance benchmarking. For best performance, you can use a modestly-sized dataset when you want to run a featured use case.
Important: You cannot be logged in as DBC. Each use case tells you what roles and permissions are required for the user.
Follow these steps to run the use cases from the VantageCloud Lake Console:
- Sign in to the VantageCloud Lake Console.
- Go to Learn then Get started.
- Under Database users select Explore use cases.
- Select a use case and follow the instructions.
- Use to copy the SQL samples and run them in the editor.
