Your network must have port 1025 open to the Teradata public IP address. You may need to submit a request to your IT department to grant access.
Enter IP addresses to allowlist if you don't want your environment to have public access.
Tip: To find the public IP address, select the environment then Dashboard. The public IP address shows under Connect your tools.
- When deployment finishes, select the Environment to connect to.
- Select Settings .Important: You can set up both an Internet connection and a private link, but you must set them up one at a time.
- Select Internet connection as the Connection type and enter the allowlisted IP addresses either separated by comma or one per line.Use CIDR format for a range (for example, 192.168.2.0/24 specifies all IP addresses in the range: 192.168.2.0 to 192.168.2.255).
