If you are not using private link, your network must have port 1025 open to the Teradata public IP address. You may need to submit a request to your IT department to grant access.
Tip: To find the public IP address, select the environment then Dashboard. The public IP address shows under Connect your tools.
- When deployment finishes, select the environment then Settings .
- Under the Network, Connection type, select one of the following:Important: You can set up both an Internet connection and a private link, but you must set them up one at a time.
