This stored procedure reports the current best set of missing (new) statistic recommendations along with supporting evidence about their estimated benefit. Callers can limit the report to a specified set of objects or only highly ranked recommendations whose estimated benefit is higher relative to others. This API is often used in conjunction with ApproveStat and DisapproveStat.
