This stored procedure erases a set of missing statistic recommendations from past Analyze Jobs where such recommendations have not yet been approved or applied. RemoveMissingRecs is used by callers to "clear the slate" after performing a series of trial-only tuning analysis experiments. The erasure is not equivalent to “Disapproval” in that the system is free to make the same recommendations in future analysis runs. API is applicable only to recommendations made on objects marked as semi-autonomous via the WITH CHECK option.
