You can perform various operations, such as, edit, delete, and refresh reports, as required.

Editing a Report

Once the report is created, if needed, you can edit the parameters of the base widget (chart), and save the widget, as required.

  1. Open the report from the Console.
  2. Select the widget (chart) to edit.
  3. Hover on the widget to view "".
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Modify the required parameters of the chart and select Save.
  6. Once the data generation is complete, select Refresh to view the charts with latest data.

Before saving the chart, you can preview the chart by clicking Preview.

Deleting a Report

In case you want to delete an existing report, use the following steps:

  1. Select the report to delete from the Console.
  2. Select "" and then Delete.
  3. Select Delete on the confirmation message.
    Only the report is deleted. The data remains intact.

Deleting a Widget

To delete a widget:

  1. Open the report from the Console.
  2. Select the widget (chart) to delete.
  3. Hover on the widget to view "".
  4. Select Delete.
  5. Select Delete on the confirmation message.

    The widget gets deleted from the Report Details page.

Refreshing Data from the Reports Page

You can view the reports with latest data instead of stale data using the Refresh Data.

  1. Select the report from the Console.
  2. Select "" and then Refresh Data.

    A confirmation page appears.

    The data generation status gets updated and the chart also gets updated with latest data.

Refreshing Data from the Report Details Page

  1. Open the report from the Console.
  2. On the chart report page, select "".
  3. Once the data generation is complete, select Refresh to view the charts with latest data.
