The Results tab displays the results in a tabular format. By default, only 50 records are shown on the window. If required, you can change the number of records to display. Also, you can filter and sort the results by clicking respective icons.

A query results table can display a maximum of 10000 records. If there are more records, a message appears indicating the same. Click Visualize for Entire Data Set to view visualization of entire data, up to 200,000 records.

You can view the insights for each column of the query results by clicking Data Insight . The insights display a Bar Chart for a numeric value, and a Progress Chart for a string value.

Chart Type Description
Bar Displays numerical data of a column, including unique values (records with primary keys), total count, missing values % (records with no or null value), minimum, maximum, median, and so on.

You can filter data by clicking on specific bar of chart and selecting columns. On applying filter, background color changes to highlight filtered value.

Progress Displays data with additional information of unique values, total count, missing values %, top three values, and so on.

You can filter data by clicking on specific bar of chart and selecting columns to filter. On applying the filter, background color changes to highlight filtered value.

You can apply partial filters through the Filter instead of using the Filter on Charts. After you apply the partial filter, the data and insights are updated accordingly.
