- Use REVOKE COMPUTE PROFILE to replace CREATE COMPUTE PROFILE and DROP COMPUTE PROFILE in the syntax.
- You can only revoke the CREATE and DROP COMPUTE PROFILE privileges from users and roles.
- You can revoke compute group-level privileges if you have CREATE and DROP COMPUTE PROFILE system-level privileges.
- You can specify the ON COMPUTE GROUP clause to revoke the grant at the compute group level. If no clause is specified, then the grant is revoked at the system level.
- You cannot specify the GRANT OPTION FOR clause while revoking privileges from a role.
- Only users with the WITH GRANT OPTION can revoke the CREATE and DROP COMPUTE PROFILE privileges granted to other users.
- If you remove the CREATE and DROP COMPUTE PROFILE system-level entries, an entry with CREATE and DROP COMPUTE PROFILE privileges on a COMPUTE PROFILE is also removed.
