DROP INCONSISTENT REFERENCES - Teradata VantageCloud Lake

Delete all inconsistent references defined on the table.

DROP INCONSISTENT REFERENCES is commonly used after a restore, when an ALTER TABLE DROP foreign key constraint may not work.

This clause is a Teradata extension to the ANSI SQL:2011 standard.
