Constructor for DatasetCatalog class.
PARAMETERS:
repo:
Required Argument.
Specifies the name of the repo to which Dataset Catalog points to.
Note:
* If feature store is not setup on repo, then it would error out.
Types: str.
data_domain:
Optional Argument.
Specifies the name of the data domain the feature catalog refers to.
If not specified, then default database is used as data domain.
Types: str.
