DESCRIPTION:
    Function to remove user installed files/scripts from remote user environment.
 
PARAMETERS:
    file_name:
        Required Argument.
        Specifies the name of user-installed file with extension.
        Note:
            File names are case sensitive.
        Types: str
 
RETURNS:
     True, if successful.
 
RAISES:
    TeradataMLException, SqlOperationalError
 
EXAMPLES:
    # Refer install_file example to create mapper.py script and install the file
    # in remote user environment.
 
    # Remove the installed file.
