DESCRIPTION:
    Extracts a specific part from the URL.
 
PARAMETERS:
    url_part:
        Required Argument.
        Specifies which part to be extracted.
        Permitted Values: HOST, PATH, QUERY, REF, PROTOCOL, FILE, AUTHORITY, USERINFO
        Type: str or ColumnExpression
 
Returns:
    ColumnExpression
