The BAR Setup portlet has a new section for IR support. Refer to these definitions if you need to use these options.

From the BAR Setup portlet, select your DSC server, Systems and Nodes, your system, then IR Support.

Option Description
Cleanup Logging Level Level of BAR log information to display for cleanup. Extensive logging information is typically only useful for support personnel when gathering information about a reported problem.
Error
Default. Enables minimal logging. Provides only error messages.
Warning
Adds warning messages to error message logging.
Info
Adds informational messages to warning and error message logging.
Debug
Full logging. All messages, including debug, are sent to the job log.
This setting can affect performance.
Cleanup Time Out Time out value in minutes. Ends the current request as Failed, allowing a new request to be submitted. Default: 720
Cleanup the source system for incremental restore Select Cleanup to delete the deleted rows logging subtables on the system after the system has been disabled for incremental restore.
Get Cleanup status Provides status on the current cleanup process.
Reset Logging Level Level of BAR log information to display for reset. Extensive logging information is typically only useful for support personnel when gathering information about a reported problem.

Reset the target system for incremental restore Resets the target system to allow incremental restore again.
Important: All existing incremental restore jobs are forced to run as full restore for their next run.
Get Reset status Provides progress on the reset to incremental restore.
