The USERMOD sample for the TDP User Address Space Exit (TDPUAX) is TDU0010 in dbcpfx.SAMPLIB.

TDPUAX is a routine called by TDPNSPCI during logon, subsequent to input parameter validation. TDPUAX executes in the application address space.

The routine is called during a connect or logon initiation. TDPUAX may examine, refuse, validate, or modify the requester’s logon string to the Teradata server.

TDPUAX can only be used when IACMODE PC has been selected at TDP initialization.

For more information on using and customizing TDPUAX, see Teradata® Director Program Reference, B035-2416.
