This feature was removed in ODBC Driver for Teradata 16.00.
ODBC Driver for Teradata support for mapping != and ~= comparison operators to the standard SQL operator <> has been deprecated. Queries that use these operators will not be successful using other Teradata client access products and, for this reason, the Teradata ODBC support of these operators was removed in 16.00.
