You must have login credentials for https://access.teradata.com and you must be outside of the Teradata network to access https://slem.teradata.com/ecp.
- Access the Entitlement Management System at: https://slem.teradata.com/ecp.
- At the Sign in screen, enter the email address and password you use for the Teradata customer portal (https://access.teradata.com) and click Sign in. If you are not a registered EMS user, a screen appears that provides information about requesting access to EMS. If you do not have a Teradata customer portal login, click Need an account? to request one.
