Go to the Data Set Utility panel (panel 3.2) in the Primary Options Menu of the TSO System Productivity Facility.

Enter the name of each checkpoint file in the name entry fields provided on this panel.

Type D (for “delete”) for the requested dataset option.

Press Enter.
