After Vantage is installed, use the PUT Configure Teradata Vantage operation to configure Vantage. This operation discovers nodes on a subnet, allows you to select the nodes for the Vantage configuration, and configures the number of AMPs (Access Module Processes) based on the discovered storage. PUT sets the number of PEs (Parsing Engines) equal to the number of LAN adapters.
