  1. Select the clique from the Configured list, select the Remove option, and click OK.
Remove deletes all AMP definitions from the currently-selected clique in the Configured list and returns the clique to the Unconfigured list.

The clique is added to the Unconfigured list.

The same AMP status checks are performed and are the same as when doing an individual delete. You are not allowed to remove a clique that has any “active” AMPs. Once the clique has been returned to the Unconfigured list, re-configure it using the following options:
    Option Description
Configure You can specify the number of new AMP vprocs to define for the clique. The maximum number of AMPs that can be defined for the clique is displayed at the top of the Selected AMPs list. Enter the number of AMPs desired and click Assign. The AMP definitions are generated and the clique is moved to the Configured list. Newly created AMPs are assigned to the first node in the clique by default. If necessary, assign the AMPs to different nodes in the clique based on the needs of your system. You can assign specific AMPs to specific nodes, or you can assign all AMPs to the node-id of “-1” which causes Teradata to spread them evenly across all nodes in the clique.
Copy Fm You can copy (or “clone”) existing AMP definitions from one of the configured cliques to the current clique. The list of configured cliques appears at the bottom of the screen. Select the clique whose definitions you want to copy to the current clique and click OK. New AMP definitions are generated for the clique based on the source clique selected, and the clique moves to the Configured list.
