The Key Distribution step delivers the unique encryption key for this instance of the current operation to all of the selected nodes. This enables secure communications between the master node and the selected nodes.
If key distribution password authentication has been enabled, you must enter a user name and password at the Key Distribution step. The user name must be either the root user, the tdput user, or a member of the TDput group. The password for the user must be the same on all selected nodes. If specifying a user other than root or tdput, the user must be a member of the TDput group on all selected nodes. For more information, see Implementing Key Distribution Password Authentication.
