When you open PUT and see a blank screen with only the Copyright statement or an error message appears, you must change your Internet Explorer security settings to enable active scripting. If the customer site has strict security standards and you are not allowed to enable active scripting for all sites, add the machine name where PUT will be run to the trusted sites first, then enable active scripting for trusted sites only.
