If only a copyright message appears at the PUT log on screen, Internet Explorer (IE) Security may be set to High.
- From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options.
- Click Security.
- Click Custom Level.
- In the Reset to list, select Medium.

Click Reset.
A message prompts for confirmation of your selection.
- Click OK.
