Explanation:
The CLI2 Use_Presence_Bits option is used by the application to inform CLI2 of the format of the optional application supplied using data. The using data may or may not contain null indicators. If it does contain null indicators, CLI2 must inform the Teradata Database so that the data will be processed correctly. This error is returned when CLI2 detects an invalid setting for the Use_Presence_Bits option.
