Explanation:
The request to logon a new Teradata session failed because the length of the logon string was zero (or negative).
Notes:
The error is detected by TDP.
Remedy:
Collect diagnostic information (including the memory dump and TDPSNAP output, if any) and contact Customer Support personnel.
