A directive related to another directive may only appear once.
Execution ends with return code 8. No TRD2XCI module is produced. A directive identifies the purpose of a statement. CHARSET and UNICODE are examples. A directive may be related to another directive and so that it may appear only after the first and only once. For example, a UNICODE directive must follow a CHARSET directive and may appear only once.
Remove the duplicate directive.
