Explanation:
This error indicates that the CLI/TDP interface module either could not be located or does not support the current level of CLI2.
Notes:
A TDP must be active in order for the module to be located. In the MVS environment the relevant module associated with the target TDP is either TDPNSPCI (for PC mode communication) in the Link Pack Area, or the assigned SVC module name (the distributed module name is TRDTMAS). In the VOS environment the relevant module associated with the target TDP is the assigned SVC module name (the distributed module name is TRDTHAS). In the VM environment, the relevant module is VMSXMI and is a nucleus extension in the application virtual machine.

Inform the local technical support organization.
