Update columns with a TIME, TIMESTAMP, PERIOD(TIME), or PERIOD(TIMESTAMP) data type from one time zone setting to another. You can only use this option on permanent tables. Join indexes are converted implicitly as the base table is updated. Update or alter table triggers are ignored. You cannot include the USING clause.
