Probable Cause: | A problem in TARA required more details and a file was created for diagnostic purposes. |
Remedy: | Investigate other TARA alerts and send Teradata Customer Support the tara_DDB to diagnose the problem. |
This is a support bundle that is generated and sent to Customer Support through Server Management. To trigger this process, the user must manually run supportbundle.sh, which creates a support bundle file, copies it over to /var/opt/teradata/SupportBundle, and logs the event to /var/log/messages.
