Root User
Service accounts are optional accounts that store system credentials for use with apps that run once or on schedule and scripts. After you create a service account and add administrators to the permissions for the account, those administrators can assign them to apps and scripts so users can select systems when running the scripts or apps without entering system credentials.
You can create multiple accounts for each system type.
- Select .
- Enter any name you want that identifies the system.
- Enter the credentials for the system, then select Create.
- Select , then type the username of the administrator to whom you want to grant permission to this service account. Repeat this step for each administrator you want to add.
- Notify administrators so they can assign the account to apps and scripts.
